- 25% retention charges, if cancel more than 45 days prior of your schedule arrival
- 50% retention charges, if cancel more than 20 days (less than 45 days )of your schedule arrival
- 100% retention charges, if cancel less than 20 days of your schedule arrival
- Changes in guest name and guest would be treated as Cancellation
- Refund will be made within 7 working days from the cancellation date and refundable amount will be calculated as per cancellation / refund policy.
- Refund mode will be NEFT / RTGS .
- Restrict the advance booking to 90 days
